Elevated Renovation

This renovation project required our attention to mitigate water drainage using surface grading and specialized sub-surface materials. With the site safely prepared, we created a front yard with a welcoming entrance and a striking water feature to elevate the back outdoor areas. Natural stone steps, patios, and ample gardens form a cohesive landscape. The upper deck and lower terrace in the private backyard space afford peaceful views and the sound of the water feature.
